“Clients need solutions that enable them to identify and pass along to future generations the personal financial values that have been important to them. Our counseling and facilitating efforts for individuals, their families and their businesses are driven by three core values—clarity, confidence, and coordination.”

Todd S. Healy, Texas Financial Partners Principal, assists high net-worth individuals and closely held business owners and their advisors to facilitate smoother transitions in their estate, philanthropic, and business planning endeavors. Healy empowers his clients to move planning processes forward with clarity, confidence, and coordination. Healy is also the creator of The Values Perpetuator Process®.

Healy’s story is an unconventional one. While serving on the staff of United Way, he met a volunteer who worked as an insurance professional. He became Healy’s insurance agent, mentor, and ultimately, his business partner. Today, Healy is accredited as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), and an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP). He holds a Mutual Funds and Variable Annuities Representative License (Series 6), as well as a Uniform Securities State Law license (Series 63).

Healy is a member of numerous organizations, including: the Dallas Estate Planning Council (former president), Estate Planning Council of North Texas (former president), Dallas Council of Charitable Gift Planners (former board member), National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (former national board member), National Society of Financial Service Professionals (former board member), and the Southern Methodist University Planned Giving Council. Additionally, he has served on the advisory councils of Voya, Pacific Life, and John Hancock.

Recognized by industry leaders, Healy has received the Beverly Brooks Leadership Award from the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Golden Key Society Role Model Award from The American College; and most recently, was recognized by The American College as the Alumnus of the Month – August 2017.

As a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Healy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Social Work. Healy was an All-American Water Polo member and Co-Captain of his college water polo team. He and his wife, Libby, enjoy spending time at their East Texas ranch with their dogs and horses. They love to travel—and their animals usually come along, too! Healy and Libby also delight in spending time with their son, Rogers Healy, daughter and son-in-law, Liz and Nick Silva, and grandson, Sam.
