Timothy J. Engelbert’s extensive community experience speaks to his enduring commitment to Fort Worth. Engelbert is a current member of as the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters. Additionally, he serves on various committees within the Fort Worth Club, and a founding board member of Investing in Others Greatness (IOG), a non-profit dedicated to helping Texas families in need. He previously served as a board member of the Knights of Columbus, the Fort Worth Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the Serra Club of Fort Worth.

As a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), Engelbert entered the life insurance industry upon graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Business Administration. Engelbert moved to Fort Worth, where he built a practice within the Fort Worth branch of the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company. In 1988, he joined The Dike Company, going on to specialize in estate planning, business insurance, and employee health benefit plans. In 2017, The Dike Company merged with Higginbotham, a firm headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Tim is an essential part of Higginbotham’s solution by offering life insurance through Texas Financial Partners.

Engelbert and his wife, Julie, have three children: Colin, Kyle, and Cami.
