His experience has been that Millennials rely on internet searches far more than face-to-face communication for gathering information.

Rogers has years of success working with this generation and can offer helpful tips & strategies for fostering better communication. This can help you work with Millennials more effectively, which is a win both for them and for you.

Rogers Healy is one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s most influential real estate professionals. Starting his career while he was still in college, he rapidly progressed to the upper echelons of his profession. In 2009, Healy was named one of the Top 30 Realtors under the age of 30 in the country by Realtor® magazine. The following year the Dallas Business Journal named his company, Rogers Healy and Associates (RHA), one of the “Best Places to Work.” Both Healy and his businesses achieve widespread recognition for their success and quality work on a regular basis.

Healy attributes his success to his love of the DFW metroplex and the real estate industry, as well as to surrounding himself with colleagues who share his passion. He says, “Being able to mentor and manage, based on what I truly love about real estate has been the biggest thrill of being a business owner. Our success as a company has been attributed to working among people who I have the utmost respect and admiration.” Healy has worked extensively with Millennial clients and brings this insight to his speaking engagements to help others achieve success.
